I have been interested in natural health and preventative medicine since my early life and began my formal education in this field after selling my retail business in 2005.

Since then I have been studying consistently, firstly at the NSW School of Natural Medicine in Coffs Harbour for my Advanced Diploma of Nutrition, during which I began to practice massage from home.

I then began a years study with Charles Sturt University to achieve my Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine, and then following on to complete an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy with The Australian Institute of Applied Science in Brisbane.

I frequently attend seminars and weekend training workshops to extend and challenge my knowledge in all areas of natural health.

I am a current member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society

I have worked for over 10 years from my home based clinic at Tewinga, 9.5km from Macksville on Rodeo Drive, where I live in a beautiful rural setting, surrounded by wildlife, gardens and a small dam covered in native waterlilies.
